Further to our announcement in acquiring the distinguished brands of supplements and skincare products from Labdom including MF3, we are pleased to advise that the MF3 brand is a registered trademark of MF3 Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nexgen Biopharma Ltd; whereas the MF3 professional range of products were acquired by the SBI Ltd Group. Under the terms of the agreement, SBI is granted a limited time and use of the MF3 brand name for its professional range of products.
