MF3/ MFIII Successfully Won Court Injunction Against Former Malaysia Exclusive Distributor
“We are glad to announce that NEXGEN BIOPHARMA RESEARCH & INNOVATION SARL – being the registered proprietor of the “MF3 / MFIII” trademarks bearing Trade Mark Registration No. 05018238 and Registration No. 05021703 in Malaysia, has successfully obtain a Court injunction order against one of the former Lab Dom’s Exclusive Distributors in Malaysia, MF3 ANTI AGING WELLNESS CENTRE SDN. BHD., who are not authorised to use our “MF3 / MFIII” trademarks. The Court’s order has restrained the company whether acting by itself, its directors (the current directors are Tee Boon Tiong and Cheng Yee Fong), officers, employees, servants or agents or any of them howsoever from using, facilitating, abetting or causing our registered “MF3 / MFIII” trademarks be used on the websites, social media, advertisements, magazines and banners.
Despite the above, we reiterate our earlier notice that we condemn any activities which are in violation of the intellectual property rights of MF3 Ltd and/or the NexGen Group. We emphasize that all the unscrupulous and infringing conducts are prohibited under the laws and regulations of the respective countries around the world. We pledge to continue to uphold our intellectual property rights in order to serve our customers better.
