At the heart of MF3 D-BiO is Okralin™, a patented okra-derived complex rich in natural gel-forming polysaccharides. When hydrated, these fibres form a viscous matrix that helps bind dietary fat within the digestive tract, supporting its natural elimination. The binding properties of okra polysaccharides have also been studied for their interaction with microplastic particles under laboratory water-treatment conditions.

Fenugreek Extract 250mg      Metabolic & Fibre Support
Naturally rich in soluble galactomannan fibre, fenugreek complements Okralin™ by contributing additional gel-forming fibre while supporting healthy metabolic balance.

Tamarind Extract 250mg      Liver & Antioxidant Support
Tamarind provides naturally occurring polyphenols with antioxidant activity, supporting cellular protection and healthy liver function. Its polysaccharides also complement the formula’s plant-fibre matrix.

Take 1 sachet daily. Tear open and consume directly, or dissolve in 100–150 ml of water and stir well before drinking.

For optimal use, take MF3 D-BiO in the morning on an empty stomach, followed by breakfast within 15–30 minutes. Alternatively, take it 15–30 minutes before your largest meal, particularly if it is higher in fat.

  9. Can I take MF3 D-BiO long-term?
    Yes. MF3 D-BiO is designed for daily, ongoing use. If you have a health condition or take medication, consult your doctor before use.
  10. What happens if I take more than 1 sachet a day?
    The recommended serving is 1 sachet per day. Taking more may not provide additional benefits and could cause bloating, gas, or more frequent bowel movements. If needed, a second sachet may be taken occasionally, preferably as advised by a healthcare professional.
  11. Can I take one sachet of MF3 D-BiO and one sachet of MF3 G-BiO together?
    Yes, but it is best to take them at different times of the day. Taking both may increase your fibre intake and could cause temporary bloating or gas, especially if you are new to either product.
  12. Can I take MF3 D-BiO with other supplements?
    Yes. For best absorption, take MF3 D-BiO separately from other supplements, with a 1–2 hour gap. This is especially recommended for fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) and fish oil.
